Staffing and extra Services

 

Event Manager - $40.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Bartending/Serving staff - $25.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Busing staff for rental items - $20.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)

Honey Maple Grilled Chicken

Fresh boneless skinless chicken breast, brined overnight for unbelievable flavor and grilled to perfection (GF, DF)

 

Teriyaki Grilled Salmon Steak

Perfectly cooked Salmon or Steelhead topped with our homemade sweet teriyaki sauce and pineapple (DF, GF) **Market Price

 

Grilled Portobello Steaks

Large earthy Portobello Mushroom caps are marinated with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, onions and garlic then grilled and topped with our homemade sundried tomato aioli (GF, DF, V)

 

BBQ Pork Ribs

Dry rubbed with a blend of our secret spices and grilled and then baked slow in our sweet and spicy BBQ Sauce (GF, DF)

 

Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

Tender Pork Shoulder slow cooked until tender and hand shredded with our sweet and spicy barbeque sauce (GF, DF)

 

Sirloin Burgers

Perfectly grilled 1/3-pound Sirloin beef hamburgers, served with a condiment buffet of lettuce, tomato, onion, relish, cheeses, mayonnaise, deli mustard and ketchup.

 

Beer Braised Hot Dogs and/OR Brats

Fresh All-Beef hot dogs or Seasoned Pork Brats slow cooked in a light and crisp Pilsner style beer served on a bun with a variety of condiments
